Warranty Terms

All our goods and products are covered by a 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, we are committed to fixing any manufacturing defects free of charge.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers the following cases:

• Peeling of fabric or other upholstery materials.
• Seam tears.
• Paint peeling.
• Leg breakage.
• Backrest or seat breakage on chairs.
• Loose frame.

Conditions for warranty validity:

• The warranty is valid only if the manufacturer's usage and care instructions are followed.

The warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear due to natural aging of materials.

How to Use the Warranty?
