We care about your comfort and satisfaction, so the exchange and return process at TwinSann is as simple and transparent as possible. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and conveniently for you.

Conditions for Exchange and Return

We guarantee exchange or replacement of goods in the following cases:

  • the goods do not meet expectations (different colour, incorrect size or order contents).

Іf the goods are damaged: the frame, legs or fabric have manufacturing defects.

If the goods were damaged during transport, a claim must be filed directly with Nova Poshta. After that, the goods can be sent to us and we will replace them and repair the defects.

Technical defects: instability or wobbling of the frame, poor-quality paintwork, other manufacturing defects. In this case, the defects will be repaired at the company's expense.

What to Do If the Product Doesn't Fit?

  • Contact our manager to report the issue.
  • If necessary, file a claim report (in case of damage during delivery).
  • Return the damaged product to us (if required).
  • We will carry out the modification or exchange and deliver the product back to you.
